Annual Meeting

Join us for the inaugural CCMNet Annual Meeting at PEARC24!

We would love to see you at our inaugural Annual Meeting, which will take place at PEARC24. The meeting will be on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 from 12:30pm-2pm in Room 554 A&B at the Rhode Island Convention Center. Lunch will be served right outside the meeting room.

At the event, we will introduce the program and current participants, following the agenda below:

1. Introductions
2. Presentation about mentor engagement posting and matching process, monthly all-hands meeting, travel rewards, and general CCMNet operations
3. Demo the ConnectCI knowledge base and knowledge base contribution mechanisms
4. Review obligations for this year’s travel reward recipients and outlook for next year’s rewards
5. Current mentorship engagement teams and will give lightning talk about their engagements and authors of unmatched mentorships will describe ideal peer mentors.
