Elevated Privileges
Projects
Elevated users have the ability to approve projects in the Cyberteam portal. This may be done manually via the "Project Submissions" tab on the administrative panel or automatically on the project submission form itself (see "Approved" checkbox at top of form).
Tags
Elevated users may add, edit, or delete tags and change taxonomies in general via the "Tags" tab on the admin panel.
Resources
Elevated users can approve new resource submissions and edit/delete existing resources via the "Resource Submissions" tab on the admin panel.
Alternatively, above all fields previously present in the form, a new “Approved” checkbox appears at the top of the form. Checking this box automatically ‘approves’ (publishes) the resource upon submission.
Get Help
Elevated users have access to ticket submissions via the "Help Desk" tab on the admin panel. Only tickets assigned to the current URL's region will be displayed.
Selecting the "View" option on a ticket allows the elevated user to examine and edit ticket details. The Ticket Data section includes a field called “Status”, where the user can assign the ticket a status ranging from Active to Fixed to Won’t Fix. The Ticket Data section also includes a field called “Assigned”. This allows the user to assign this ticket to a user automatically upon ticket submission.
Blogs
Elevated users can publish new blog entries via the "Add Content" button under the "Content" tab of the admin panel.
Alternatively, the "Add New Blog Entry" button on the Blog page redirects the user to the add content portion of the admin panel (granting them full access and jurisdiction over the blog to be created). Next to comments on a blog, new buttons will appear including delete and edit. Editing redirects the user to a page where the comment may be edited in full (authored by, homepage, status etc).
News
Elevated users can publish news articles via the administrative panel under the same "Add Content" button under the "Content" tab of the admin panel.
